Amy-Jane Reiss currently resides in Charlotte North Carolina area with her formative
years being spent in New Jersey where art, in one form or another, has been a major part of her life.

Having attended Mesa College in San Diego, California she then returned to her Northeastern roots and graduated from the prestigious Pratt Institute with a degree in sculpture and commercial art where she was also honored to show her work in a one-man (woman) show. 

Entering the commercial field, her love of the creative process was quickly rewarded as she worked through the ranks, becoming the Art Director of major security hardware company and eventually founded her own commercial advertising agency, Fame Design Studios, specializing in advertising in the high tech, medical and computer sectors.  

Taking time off for raising a family, Amy-Jane kept her hand in the artistic world with freelance projects and instructing commercial marketing/art classes for business professionals as well as teaching 2-D and 3-D Art at both the middle school and high school levels with an emphasis on inspiring students to maximize their talents by the joining the creative process with real life artistic endeavors needed in almost all aspect of our world. This unique approach to the development of the creative process provides students with a foundation for both fine arts and commercial arts. 

Presently Amy-Jane is pursuing her artistic career full time. This is an exciting new chapter, opening creative opportunities and interesting ventures.
